Millwall Community Trust (MCT) is delighted to confirm its Professional Footballers’ Association (PFA) Player Ambassadors for 2020/21.

Seven members of The Lions' first-team squad have confirmed their support for MCT's work in the community this season, including club captain Alex Pearce, continuing as the Education and Employment Ambassador.

Jed Wallace will also continue as the Disability Ambassador, while Mason Bennett will from now on be Social Inclusion and Crime Reduction Ambassador.

Jake Cooper is the Football and Sport Development Ambassador, with Ben Thompson and Billy Mitchell continuing their roles this season as Health and National Citizen Service Ambassadors respectively. Returning to the club from his loan spell at St Johnstone, meanwhile, Danny McNamara will take the up the Mental Health and Wellbeing Ambassador role.   

"Millwall is a real family club, a community club, and we all want to support the great work the Trust does in our community," said Pearce. "This has been really been shown during the current pandemic with the work the Trust has completed for children, families and the support for the NHS."
