After its amazing success last year, Demelza Hospice Care for Children is delighted to be returning to Bromley with its 'Christmas Tree-Cycle' scheme - and this year, they will be branching out into Sittingbourne and Tunbridge Wells.

In early January, Demelza will be taking the hassle out of Christmas by collecting and recycling real Christmas trees from residents in these areas in return for a donation.

This unique event will have huge community engagement from volunteers helping with the collection, businesses supporting by donating vehicles for the day to those registering their trees to be collected.

There are many ways to get involved. You could even make it a teambuilding exercise with your colleagues!

Demelza are seeking donations of vehicles - whether it's Long Wheel Base, Drop Down Side or Luton vans, any donation to make the fundraiser a success is welcome. Demelza staff and volunteers will need to be able to drive these and be covered by relevant insurances on the day. Demelza also require people to volunteer to help with driving and collecting the trees.
