MCT are delighted to have appointed Stuart McFadyen as the new Post-16 & Player Performance Pathway Academy Officer.
Stuart has years of professional academy experience, as well as experience of coaching abroad with his most recent role being at Charlton Athletic as their first-team performance analyst.
He also attended UCFB where he was awarded with a degree in Football Coaching and Management before going on to complete a masters’ degree in Applied Sport Performance Analysis at the University of Worcester.
Stuart said: “Happy to join Millwall as a Post-16 & Player Performance Pathway Academy officer, very excited to get going and to help develop the programme to the potential it can reach.
“Really looking forward to getting started, helping improve the Player Performance Pathway and with the amount of talent in South London, it’s time to utilise where we are and develop the players we bring in to their fullest potential.”
