Level Playing Field is a registered charity in England and Wales, and acts as a campaigning and advisory organisation to its membership and other parties across all sports.

LPF believes that being a disabled person is a social issue and that an individual only becomes disabled because of the social, attitudinal and environmental barriers that the individual faces (this is known as the social model of disability).

In support, The Lions wore LPF t-shirts during the warm-up of Saturday's Sky Bet Championship meeting with Norwich City.

Millwall Community Trust hosts PAN Disability sport sessions in the Lions Centre, with 48 participants engaged twice-weekly and 1,052 combined hours of provision in the London Boroughs of Lewisham and Southwark.

The programme aims are to continue to develop the growth of PAN Disability sports within the local community, with the aim of creating pathways for those wishing to progress into structured teams and have regular competition through the Premier League Kicks, EFL Trust Every Player Counts and Lewisham Main Grants programmes.

A parent of one of the participants on the course said: “The sessions are fantastic. Not only does it help to keep them fit and active, but they are now taking part in competitions against other clubs as part of a team. This would never have happened without the support, care and patience given by their Millwall coach, Steve. The work he has done with them to boost their self-belief has been remarkable over the years."
