Millwall's Pan Disability team had a fantastic evening of football, playing against Southwark Stars last week.
It was great hosting this match at our Lions Centre at the Millwall Community Trust and everyone involved had an excellent time.
Both teams played extremely well in a very tight game with the final score finishing 1-1 with both goalkeepers having superb matches to keep the scores level.
All the players showed great football skills, positive attitudes and most importantly amazing sportsmanship.
Besides continuously developing football skills these matches are a great opportunity to boost players' communication, social skills and confidence.
Well done to our Lions and thank you again to Southwark Stars for joining us and we look forward to meeting up soon for more football.
