Dear Sean & everybody at Millwall,

Crisis at Christmas 2023

Thank you for helping to build a life beyond homelessness this Christmas.

With your help we provided health and wellbeing services, hotel accommodation, hot food and more, to over 6,600 people across the country.

Everyone who comes to Crisis at Christmas is a valued individual, treated with dignity and respect. The services we provide to someone depend on their individual needs and situation - and it's the start of specialist support that lasts all year round. From mental health and wellbeing sessions, to help with housing, employment and skills training, people get the support they need to leave homelessness behind and find a safe and secure home.

None of this would have been possible without the incredible kindness of people like yourself. So on behalf of all our guests, thank you for your continued support and generous gift of tickets to two fantastic Millwall games. With your assistance we were able to make sure that people facing homelessness got the support they needed this Christmas.

Gabriella, previous guest now turned member, said, "From someone who has been through Crisis and experienced the wonderful support, that is offered through and because of your donations - they mean the world, the absolute world. So thank you so much."

And this is just a start. We'll continue providing dedicated support beyond Christmas, working with people every day of the year to help them leave homelessness behind. We know that together we can build a future where everyone has a safe and stable home - a future free from homelessness.

Thanks to you, and everyone at Millwall, we could not do any of this without you.

With best wishes,

Matt Downie
