Shaun Hutchinson has been crowned Millwall PFA community champion of the year for the 2023/24 season.
The award recognises the positive impact players have in the community, and the depth of support they provide.
Hutchinson has visited our Post-16 Football and Education Programme this year whilst also coordinating other player visits throughout the season.
Sean Daly, CEO of Millwall Community Trust, said: “The award is for recognition of the support that players give the club and community trust with our work in the local community. Shaun has been brilliant throughout in helping to coordinate player appearances whilst also visiting himself on a couple of occasions.
“Player visits are so important in inspiring the next generation as they leave a lasting impact on people’s lives.
“I would like to thank Shaun and all the players and staff for their continued support of the Community Trust.”
