Millwall Romans defeated Bosco 4-3 on Sunday afternoon in a pre-season friendly at St Paul’s Sports Ground, Rotherhithe.
Sebastian Morally’s brace and goals from Andy Chan and Pete Derosa secured victory.
The Romans won the London Unity League last campaign which was their second successive title victory.
Next up for Millwall Romans is their first league match against Soho FC at St Paul’s Sports Ground, Rotherhithe on Sunday afternoon (kick-off 2:30pm)
Millwall Pride are playing at home next week - also at St Paul’s Sports Ground, Rotherhithe - as they take on London Titans in their first league match of the campaign on Sunday (kick-off 12:30pm)
In other action, Millwall Lionesses U14’s drew 1-1 against Atalanta Sports U14’s at Wyvern College in their second pre-season friendly after beating Lewis 2-0 last weekend.
Next up for them is a home match against Hashtag United next Saturday(kick-off 10:30am) at St Paul’s Sports Ground, Rotherhithe as they continue to gear up for their 2023/24 JPL Warriors League campaign.
Millwall Lionesses first-team beat Dorking Wanderers 3-1 at St Paul’s Sports Ground, Rotherhithe on Sunday as they remained 3rd in the London & South East Regional Women’s League.
A brace from Emma Whitter and a goal from Shannon Drewe secured all three points for Millwall Lionesses who head to Saltdean United next weekend looking to continue their unbeaten start (kick-off 2pm).
