Millwall Community Trust (MCT) have received recognition from Deputy Mayor of Lewisham, Brenda Dacres.
Brenda commented on the great work that the MCT have been doing at Conisborough College.
MCT work in partnership with Conisborough College to help re-engage students in learning while developing the skills, knowledge, and understanding necessary for employment in the sports industry sector.
Brenda has consistently supported the Millwall Community Trust and attended Community Day in April where she witnessed some of the great work that is done over Southwark and Lewisham.
Brenda Dacres tweet said: “Lovely to speak to Stephanie and Lisa who are teachers at Conisborough College - Congratulations on your GCSE results this year.
“They also shared with me the fantastic work that Millwall Community Trust does at their school - improving literacy, youth engagement and sports.”
