Millwall Community Trust's Health & Social Care pre-employment Programme is a great opportunity for you to get a career and employment in the health and social care sector.
Millwall Community Trust in partnership with the JCP, Groundswell project and Twin Group are running a 8 week Health and Social Care pre-employability course where trainees can gain a Level 2 in Employability & Skills, receive career exploration support, customer service training, meet industry employers, and also interview preparation with a GUARANTEED JOB INTERVIEW for roles in London on course completion.
The following roles are some of the jobs that are on offer in the industry:
- Support Worker
- Health Care Support
- Health Care Assistant
- Care Coordinators
- Support Administrators
The 8 week parttime (3 days a week) programme funded by Skills for Care and delivered at Millwall Community Trust's Lion Centre Employability Hub will give you a real insight into how the Health and Social Care sector works and their recruitment process. You will also get the opportunity to learn a range of employability skills, and also access onto a bolt on Digital IT skills course delivered in partnership with the Twin Group.

16-24 or Male of any age
Not working or studying more than 16 hours a week
